Our Services are not directed to Individuals. This software is only to be used by Organizations. Use of our services requires an Organization account. You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account. Once register as organization account owner, you can setup rest of organization's accounts You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your user-name and under your Organization's other accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and administrator rest of Organization's other accounts.
Our Services are not directed to children younger than 13, and access and use of our Services is only offered to users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 years old, please do not register to use our Services. Any person who registers as a user or provides their personal information to our Services represents that they are 13 years of age or older.

Uber HR is current in Beta Release. This means we may have some bugs in software.
Being Beta release we do updates often but restrict down-time to non-working hours, unless extremely urgent.
Currently Uber HR is totally free. We will continue to offer it free for at least six months after signup. We may ask you to pay a small fee per employee after that. At this point you can decide to convert the account to paid account. If you do not want to pay fee, you can still use the service for 4 more weeks after getting e-mail notice to make sure you can transition out of service. After the 4 weeks, the account will be deactivated.
Once UberHR becomes Paid Service after 6 months of free trial, the fees will be based on Use First, Pay only if Satisfied.
After every 3 months of service, we will bill you $3 per employee account per month. For example if you have 50 Employees accounts, you will be billed $450 for 3 months of usage. If any time you wish not to continue, simply don't pay the invoice and your service will be discontinued after 4 weeks from Invoice Date
Fees and rates are subject to change. However the new rates will only apply for future months.
We use Google Analytics to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We may collect IP addresses which are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
The web-site additionally uses Tawk.to (https://www.tawk.to/) for messages and online support. Tawk.to tracks the user movements and do analytics on user behavior just like google analytics

Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled here under shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
